City of Corpus Christi joins TexasIsHot
Partnership aims to educate Corpus area residents about the benefits of energy efficiency as well as promote area conservation programs and initiatives. Link to press release.

Corpus Efficiency Buzz: $3 Million in Grants to Lower Area Energy Use
The City of Corpus recently received more than $3 million in federal grantsfrom the U.S. Department of Energy to complete nine energy efficiency projects, including energy audits of city buildings, coordination of traffic signal timing, weatherization assistance and a rebate program for high-efficiency toilets. The partnership with TexasIsHot will help promote these initiatives and ensure residents take advantage of available discounts and rebates.
